3.1 Products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and technical documentation for a specific product or group of products (technological regulations, technical description, etc.) and a standard sample approved in the prescribed manner.

3.2 Requirements for the technical design of products

3.2.1 Products are manufactured in rolls or sheets. Products in sheets (hereinafter referred to as sheets), depending on the shape, can be quadrangular, round, oval, figured with smooth or jagged edges and other designs.

3.2.2 Products are manufactured single-layer and multi-layer; with or without perforation; smooth, creped or embossed; white, colored or natural fiber colors; coated or uncoated; flavored and (or) impregnated with various compositions (antiseptic, perfume, disinfectant, detergent, etc.) depending on the functional purpose of the products.

3.3 Requirements for the decorative design of products

3.3.1 Products are made whole or openwork; without finishing or with finishing with a pattern applied in various ways (printing, embossing, etc.), decorated with various appliqués or finished in other ways.

3.4 The minimum dimensions of products must be:

3.6 Products are made from paper or paper-textile-like material, the fiber composition of which contains: cellulose; pulp sorting selections; mechanical, thermomechanical or chemical-thermomechanical wood pulp; chemical fibers and waste paper and cardboard according to GOST 10700
